Dear Christina,You may not remember me but my name is Samiyyah and we took English 103 together at SJCJC.Today I manage a project called ‘Belize Unboxed’ offering online networking support to other positive grassroots movements within our society, as well as presenting ‘outside the box’ solutions to the various problems facing our nation.I’m writing, firstly, to offer you and your people my 125% support in this and any other just struggle you may in the future encounter.Your current struggle shares what appears the central theme of the struggles facing several other segments of Belizean society:  Lack of Communication (otherwise known as meaningful dialogue or consultation).

Fortunately, the solution for this is (given sufficient political will and public participation, or in this case,  MLA permission for Belize Unboxed to organize) simple: increased direct communication, which can be achieved with head spinning efficiency through a readily available free communications technology.

Specifically, I would like to facilitate an online ‘sit-down’ between the MLA (along with its lawyers), the government of Belize and the spokesperson or management of US Capital energy, as well as any other interested parties, bringing all to the same table to discuss a way forward, in a public and accountable way.

I would like to meet with you to explain further at the place and time of your earliest convenience next week.

Secondly, by way of one outside the box solution for addressing the problems of both your community and mine, I would like to propose a joint project that could address the urgent immediate needs of our two communities, namely more liquid finance (ie cash) for yours and less violence in mine. Hopefully you and I (and others) will be coming together to explore this idea in the near present.

Finally, I’m a specialist in web based communications and would very much like to assist in your public awareness campaign. I have lots of ideas for increasing local, international support and even diaspora support in this matter. I will share some in follow up emails. In the meantime, with the permission of the MLA, I would be grateful if you could share with me some of the fore going communications to the government and media on this matter via email (samiyyah@belizeunboxed.com)  and if there’s any other way you even wonder if I might be able to assist (FREE of charge), please Christina, don’t hesitate to ask.

Eagerly looking forward to hearing from you!

HUMBLY  @ your service,
